With most cases of anxiety and/or depression, a course of 4-8 sessions will be required, with the first session being 1.5 hours to include a 30 minute free consultation.
Although I specialise in anxiety, depression and emotional overwhelm, I welcome contact from anyone who feels they want some help with any aspect of their life, whether its unwanted weight gain, phobias, smoking to name just a few.. All of the techniques I use are known to be extremely effective for many day to day challenges.
These group sessions and taster workshops usually last 1 hour and are a fantastic opportunity to experience what hypnotherapy, NLP and energy psychology have to offer you in a friendly, calm environment. These recorded sessions are perfect for anyone who doesn't feel they are quite ready to have a one on one therapy session.
The main focus of these recordings are to build self esteem, self worth, energy and motivation for life.
There recordings are 40 minutes long and there are also sleep hypnosis recordings available to help aid a restful nights slumber!
